Review
If you are of those who wonder what the differences are between Westerners and Chinese, Yang Liu’s images may serve as an inspiration to you. The images depict the differences in Chinese and Western society and concepts in a humourous way. The blue background represents German thinking and the red background represents Chinese thinking. 

About Yang Liu   
Yang Liu was born in 1976 in Beijing. When she was 13 years old she moved with her family to Germany. Aged 17 she was accepted at the Berlin School of Art. After her graduation she has lived and worked in London, Berlin, New York. www.yangliudesign.com

                劉揚於1976年生於北京。13歲隨家人遷居德國。
                17歲時被德國柏林藝術大學設計系錄取，師從於霍爾格 .馬諦斯，
                獲碩士及大師班學位。
                畢業後曾先後在倫敦、柏林、紐約工作及生活。
                零四年在柏林開始自己的設計工作室。
                曾任教於荷蘭設計中心、中國中央美術學院設計系、英國格拉斯歌
                美術 學院，並在國際設計研討會及博覽會講座。
                劉揚的作品曾多次在國際設計大賽中獲重要獎項，
                作品被國際多家博物館展覽並收藏。
